I had a good experience using Bill's to move from a two bedroom townhouse to a two story four bedroom house - I liked that they were super quick and efficient. Can't say they were the most careful but careful enough that nothing was damaged. I didn't love that they weren't able to stick with my booking time, I got a call a day earlier that they were arriving, and then on the day I got called a couple of times asking if I can move earlier in the day. But aside from that, overall it was a good experience. I'd go with these guys again for future moves.

I used Bills on 2 occasions (Sep 2025 and then May 2026) and happy to say I had a great experience with them both times.
They showed up on time, were quick and efficient, took care (including taking time to wrap up sofa and other furniture which could be damaged), and were polite and professional.
In particular, both times I was worried about how they would move a 75" tv without any packaging and both times they managed somehow to move it perfectly.
Really happy with them and would 100% use again.

I have no problem with the price, nor the two lads that performed the move. Price was excellent and the boys were top notch. It is clear however that they have no insurance coverage. Goods were damaged, token amount paid, got Fair Trading involved and they were completely ineffective, no follow ups, no responses, no solutions. Paid in cash, no receipt. Ensure you sight an insurance policy to avoid third world practices

Bad communication with these guys. Contacted the boss and got a quote, said I'd like to book the service. I asked if he could send me the booking information via email, he said yes but didn't end up sending. Called the next day but his phone was off, so I called a different number on the website. The person that answered said there was no booking under my name. She then said that she would contact the boss and try to confirm. No confirmation email again.
I then emailed them and asked them to please confirm booking as I need to know if I had to find a different mover. Got an email next day confirming the booking but with a price $30 higher than what I had been quoted. I had already told the person on the phone that I was quoted $360 by the boss but she is confirming with a higher price.
They have bad customer communication and it seems like they aren't very reliable.
