Contacted the boss and got a quote, said I'd like to book the service. I asked if he could send me the booking information via email, he said yes but didn't end up sending. Called the next day but his phone was off, so I called a different number on the website. The person that answered said there was no booking under my name. She then said that she would contact the boss and try to confirm. No confirmation email again. I then emailed them and asked them to please confirm booking as I need to know if I had to find a different mover. Got an email next day confirming the booking but with a price $30 higher than what I had been quoted. I had already told the person on the phone that I was quoted $360 by the boss but she is confirming with a higher price. They have bad customer communication and it seems like they aren't very reliable.

Because of differences in moisture, shifting during transportation and time spent in the truck, your plants could suffer. If you want us to move them, however, we certainly can. We do recommend that you do not water the plant for several days before the move.

You should make sure that all appliances are empty and are disconnected from any gas, water or electric connection.
